WHY WE STARTED CBA BUILDING SERVICES?
Before founding CBA Building Services in Florida, our leadership team spent years working across a wide range of commercial industries in Puerto Rico. From corporate offices and educational facilities to manufacturing plants, healthcare environments, and highly regulated pharmaceutical facilities, we gained firsthand experience with the operational standards, quality expectations, and accountability required to maintain professional workplaces.
Our experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, where precision, documentation, consistency, and strict cleaning protocols are essential, helped shape the way we approach every facility we serve today.
When we established CBA Building Services, we noticed the same challenges many businesses continued to face: inconsistent cleaning, poor communication, missed tasks, and a lack of accountability. Too often, commercial cleaning providers competed on price instead of delivering reliable, measurable results.
We believed businesses deserved a better standard.
That's why we built CBA around proven systems rather than shortcuts. Carlos Cabello holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. He brings over 18 years of hands-on leadership experience in the cleaning industry.
Carlos is known for his expertise in process optimization, strong work ethic, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. His mission is to provide high-quality, cost-effective cleaning solutions while building long-term, reliable partnerships with clients.
Jomair Bermudez
Co-Owner
Jomair Bermudez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Florida International University and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in commercial cleaning operations, human resources, safety management, and organizational development.
Throughout her career, Jomair has successfully led operational teams across a wide range of commercial industries, serving in key leadership roles including Operations Coordinator, Safety & Risk Manager, and Human Resources Director. Her extensive experience managing large workforces and complex service operations has helped organizations strengthen employee performance, improve operational efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Her expertise includes strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, EEO compliance, benefits administration, OSHA safety programs, risk management, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems. She also plays a critical role in developing company policies, training programs, quality assurance initiatives, and operational procedures that support consistent service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
As Co-Owner of CBA Building Services, Jomair oversees the systems and people behind every successful partnership. Her leadership ensures that every employee is properly trained, every account is professionally managed, and every client receives the responsive communication, accountability, and exceptional customer experience that define the CBA standard.
